Live Hitting | The live hitting session is designed to provide live, situational hitting with immediate coaching and feedback. Hitters will hit against live pitching. Hitters will learn information on scouting a pitcher, picking up tendencies, pitch selection and more as they are introduced to a more in-depth hitting approach used at the next level.

Live Pitching | The live pitching session is designed to provide specific feedback in a live, situational camp. The pitchers will work with multiple catchers while pitching against different hitters. Coaching will be given in all aspects of pitching from body awareness and spin to pitch location and ways to set-up different styles of hitters. Each pitcher will leave with an understanding of the demands of the position at the collegiate level.

Live Catching | The live catching session is designed to provide catching feedback and coaching in a live, situational camp. The catchers will have a chance to catch different pitchers. Coaching will be given in all aspects of catching, from receiving and blocking to pitch calling and working with a pitching staff. Catchers will leave with an understanding of the demands and skills needed to catch in college.

If you want to hit you must sign up for a hitting session separate from pitching or catching. Also, you must hit in the session you signed up for and/or catch/pitch in the session you signed up for. You can not switch sessions or do both hitting and defense in a session.
